Welcome to 3rd ISSEMCON 2026 (Indian Society of Sports and Exercise Medicine Conference). By registering for this conference and its associated workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of the full payment.
- All registration fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned in the brochure/flyer).
- Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any registration without assigning a reason.
2. Conference & Workshop Participation
- Registration entitles the participant to attend the conference and/or workshops as per the category selected.
- Workshop seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to change the program schedule, speakers, or workshop structure if required.
3. Delegate Responsibility
- Delegates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.
- The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
4. Cancellation, Postponement & Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the conference or any part of the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, the decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.
5. Photography & Media
- By registering, you consent to the use of your photographs or videos taken during the conference for promotional and academic purposes by the organizers.
6. Liability
The organizers, ISSEM, SIRS, and associated partners shall not be responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the conference, workshops, or associated activities.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and conditions of ISSEMCON 2026.
